How to get Azerbaijan Visa for Thai Citizen

I hope this infomation, it's gonna help someone who want to know this. I was the one who 's no idea about how to get Azerbaijan visa for Thai Citizen now please kindly enjoy and hope it could be helped you.

In thailand, there is no the Azerbaijan Embassy and the nearest country that you can apply is Malaysia (KL)

1) From Azerbaijan side, you should get the invitation letter, Travel agent and voucher (Please find the travel agent there first, then they will send documents to the Embassy which situated in KL

3) All documents are needed, should be submitted by yourside too (2 ways), please kindly call direct to the Embassy in KL before sending all to avoid any missing docs or waste your time.
4) During your waiting for the result, from KL will send all documents to approve to Azerbaijan too, please kindly follow up by yourself by calling to KL.
5) After approving your process, there are 2 ways for getting visa
   5.1) Going to KL by yourself and bring the original passport with you, you can pay the visa fee once you were in KL or pay in Thailand to the bank account

If you wish to go by yourself, please also make the appointment who is in charge to do your docuemnts sometimes, they are not in the office and have many things to do like meeting outside, so you will not waste your time. Also make sure that, if you want to go and back in one day kindly inform them too. (it will take time around 2 days if you are not in a hurry and the fee will be charged as normal) but if you need it  special and no time, they will charge for the express just for half day, you can get it shortly. It's value time too.

   5.2) By parcel, you have to send your original passport to DHL, in case you can't fly by yourself. The problem is you have to find someone or company to get your original passport and send it back to you to thailand because the embassy can't and will not send it back for you in anycase for the security reason. And for the Fedex or DHL, you can check with them some can help you by extra charge, but it 's gonna take time, if you need to get it fast, recommend you to go and get by yourself and enjoy your time in KL too.
